Function discoverCredentialOffer

discoverCredentialOffer(options): Promise<Result<DiscoveredCredentialOffer, MobileCredentialHolderError<DiscoverCredentialOfferErrorType>>>
1. Parses the credential offer.
2. Fetches the metadata of the OpenID4VCI issuer
3. Validates the offer against the issuer's metadata, and returns the DiscoveredCredentialOffer.
It is recommended to display the details of DiscoveredCredentialOffer on the app UI before calling the retrieveCredentials function.
Parameters

Returns Promise<Result<DiscoveredCredentialOffer, MobileCredentialHolderError<DiscoverCredentialOfferErrorType>>>
Credential offer as DiscoveredCredentialOffer.

Throws
InvalidParams if the provided arguments are missing or invalid.

Throws
MobileCredentialHolderErrorType.SdkNotInitialized if the SDK has not been initialized.
