Initialize a wallet instance.

Returns Promise<Result<Wallet, AuthenticationCanceledError | UserAuthenticationOnDeviceNotSetupError | UserAuthenticationUnrecoverableKeyError | UserAuthenticationBiometryLockoutError | UserAuthenticationError | UserAuthenticationOnInitChangedError | InitializeError$1>>

Remarks
It's possible to maintain multiple isolated wallet instances by providing a different instanceId. However, you must close the current one first before initialising a new wallet instance.

Also note that currently AuthenticationCanceledError and UserAuthenticationOnDeviceNotSetupError would only occur if the mobile credential extension is provided because the initialization of the mobile credential extension require user local authentication
